The Kawasaki Race Of Champions is an event that MXPTV has made its home pretty much every 1st week of October each year and to me, it’s a race that hits close to home. My first ever motocross race I watched in person was the KROC event back in 1998. It’s been an event that drawn some of the sport’s most legendary names such as Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto, Travis Pastrana, and so many more over the years. Here, MXPTV takes a look back its coverage of past KROC events starting back from 2007 to last year’s highlights. MXPTV will be there early this year as it’ll be there for Friday practice and right into the amateur racing action on Saturday and the more important pro and exhibition races on Sunday. MXPTV will be doing a highlight video capturing the entire weekend, a couple of helmet cams, and a bunch of rider videos for Hookit and right here at MXPTV.com. What will 2012 have in store this weekend?
Matt I read on your other post that this race will have all of the team greem am squad in attendance. So does this mean that AC92 will show up on his new 250f and other big names like Nick Gaines, Thomas Covington, Dillan Epstein, Darien Sanyei,Sean Cantrell ect… will all be attendance as well?
It’s not mandatory for most Team Green riders to be at this event but some may have to go (whoever is looking for more Team Green love). Some of those names may show up but we’ll see tomorrow or Saturday.
