Welcome to this week’s quiet edition of Woz Up!  After 3 straight weekends of awesome pro outdoor motocross action, the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship series takes a well deserved 3 week break, well at least for the riders and race teams.  MX Sports continues to go non-stop throughout the summer with the 31st running of Loretta Lynn’s starting on Monday.  It’s a race that I have attended since 2004 and even thought I dread the heat going into the week, it’s a fun week overall for the families who decide to make their summer vacation in Tennessee.

The past week for me has been all about putting together my Alli Sports videos from the past few weeks and at the same time (well just started today) getting ready for the dance at the ranch.  Content-wise this week has been pretty dead but let’s just say it’s a one week break before a very busy August ahead which includes 4 pro nationals in 5 weekends and Long Island’s Xclusive Pro Race in the middle of that.

Diving into the lore that is Loretta Lynn’s, like I said, I have been there since 2004 and been covering it since 2005.  It’s the best of the best in amateur motocross from not just in good ole hunky dorey U S of A, but also around the world.  One of the riders I’m following next week is based out of the Dominican Republic, Franklin Nogueras (CLICK HERE to see shots of Franklin from the MX Day/St. Martin race.).  It’s a truly international event and MXPTV will be back once again in full force providing top notch photo and video coverage throughout the week.

On the photo side of things, Matt Rice will provide the imagery and notes with his Impulse Photo Reports presented by Impulse Graphx.  On the video side, Ziggapalooza’s Troy Zeigler and myself will be armed with cameras ready to roll to capture the best race battles of the week with out Battles videos presented by Nihilo Concepts/WMR.  Along with specific rider videos and company projects, it’s going to be a busy one at the ranch once again!

Did you check out our cool throwback feature earlier this week showing off the top battles from last year at LL?  CLICK HERE to check them out!

I lied.  MXPTV did have some content this week as Jake Buly sent over some cool stills from Wednesday’s open practice at Blue Diamond.  CLICK HERE to check those out plus more on his SmugMug page.

Here’s a list of Alli Sports videos I have done up that got posted this week:

Rice and Zeigler are on their way to the house now as we jet out Saturday morning for the ranch.  Follow our trip on Twitter and Instagram at:
