Welcome to this week’s edition of Woz Up from Indianapolis, Indiana as I’m at the DealerNews Motorcycle Dealer Show this weekend checking it out for the first time. Â I’m here to meet with both meet new companies and people in the industry and also meet up with a bunch that I already met in the past. Â I was in Indy around this time last year for the supercross race and it’s pretty cool to come here and check out the sights and sounds of the show.
But the trip wasn’t all that smooth. Â I was late to my connecting flight to Indy last night after a fuel tanker issue fueling up the plane where I left in Philadelphia. Â I was stuck in Cleveland for the night but graciously, Continental put me up in a hotel room plus paid for my dinner that night, which was nice. Â At 8:45am the next morning, I was off to Indy!
The show was really cool to check out today. Â Many companies were saying the attendance was way down that usual but still, there were people walking around the show and showing interest to all booths. Â I met up with such companies as GoPro, One Industries, DEP Pipes, Racer X, Bel-Ray, MSR, Ogio, Answer, DNA Wheels, Moto Hose, Renegade Fuels, and much more throughout the day. Â Check out some candid photos from the day at the link below!

Now on what’s been up the past week at MXPTV:
I made a visit to 454 Factory’s final day of training in southern Maryland for their winter training camp with Virginia pro Randall Everett. Â I went last year and it was a fun experience. Â This year, I believe it was more fun and I noticed that Randall’s program is much more solid and improved from the year before. Â His camp last year was already a great layout so Randall has been doing his homework to get the riders in shape for the 2012 season. Â It was a fun day and check out my video of the 454 Factory training camps below:
Also, there were a lot of funny moments from the day. Â Check out the hilarious outtakes video featuring Randall trying to get his words right and the rest of the class having a fun time in front of the camera:
I have started to release my 2012 schedule of events that I will be covering this year. Â CLICK HERE to check it out.
The Dallas Supercross kicks off the east coast half of the series tomorrow night and it’s good to see some fresh names in the mix from the east. Â In the Supercross and Supercross Lites classes, the list of Northeast riders is much larger than the west coast rounds of course (Kiniry /Stewart hold the helm out west). Â Check out some names to keep an eye out for tomorrow during qualifying and hopefully, the night show:

As I mentioned last week, it was going to be a light week at MXPTV this week other than the 454 Factory videos. Â It’s that time of the year when I get plans my in order for the 2012 season. Â Also, I have been preppin’ up for the Indy trade show this weekend. Â Added on top of that, I will be heading back down south all next week to film my brother, Tyler Wozney, aboard his trusty Honda CR250 two stroke (and maybe his new ride for 2012?) at numerous tracks such as Monster Mountain, Durhamtown, JWTF, and many others with maybe even a stop at Justin Barcia’s compound. Â I will be ending the week with a stop at the Elizabeth City LL Area Qualifer happening next weekend. Â It should be another fun road trip! Â So stay tuned for some videos during the week or next week.
Thanks for reading along and see ya at the races!
