pete devlins numbers and gear are so factory and the way he thinks hes going to do something once sherby catches him in 3 seconds just shows what a tool he really is … hes like that goon at the practice track that tries to hold u off after you catch him from 20 seconds back in 2 laps

11 – A competitor who rides in a way that endangers officials, other riders or the public will be subject to immediate disqualification from the meet by the referee.
This seems to be a simple case of A) not knowing the rules (both AMA & Common Law), B) not willing to apply common sense, and C) willingness to cause harm to others. In any event, this video damages our sport and probably it would be best if it was removed.

241 was at the gate first it shows it in the video ,the other dude is just a soar loser because he got beat by a 250 and he was on a 450, he was making such a big deal out of it,like i said 241 was at the gate first and if the other guy had second pick then he should of already been their, if u watch the video other guys were at the gate already he was late and cried and got his way , if he thought he was so good then he should of been able to beat pete from what ever gate he started at,then at the end of the race he complained and said he got taken out and they disqualified him ,i no in the video the official said they saw him but they had it out for 241 from the start
