Dominican Republic’s Franklin Nogueras had a very strong showing at Loretta Lynn’s back in August grabbing himself a pair of top 5 and top 10 overall finishes in the 250 B and 450 B Stock classes.  Check out the highlights of his motos at Loretta’s.  Franklin also won the MX Day Open Class championship on the island of St. Martin back in December, which MXPTV covered last year and will be back there this December!
